“We had such a great experience with BBS. Rosa and Ciro were always in communication with us and helped with all of our insurance claim issues. Originally, our insurance company was not going to cover much for water damaged we had throughout the house. We had BBS directly contact our insurance agent, and they were able to help us get approval for all damages to be fully covered - a new roof and completely new hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms that had water damage from roof leaks. I thought that would be it, but they even painted all of the bedrooms after! Their workers are detailed oriented, polite and I had no concerns at all. The team even cleaned our gutters upon request. Cardona worked in a timely fashion despite the City of Boston being slow with the permit process. Romeo visited our project nearly daily to check on progress and answer our questions. “Tip Top Roofing was great from start to finish on my job. My sales rep Ken arrived on time for our appointment (other companies were late or no shows). Provided a fair quote and walked me through the different options they offer, he didn’t try to force me to the best option they offer, but I decided to go for it for the extended warranty and minimal price increase. As I have an upcoming solar install, I also needed them to commit to installing the room before the end of August which they promised and did!

The roof itself only took a day, with their hardworking crew, and the clean up was fantastic, I haven’t found any nails or anything in the couple of weeks since they finished. I had one very minor issue with how the J-channel on my trim was reinstalled which they sent a crew over to take care of within a couple of days.

Overall, after trying to find a roofer for a few weeks I was comfortable with, I’m happy I waited to find TipTop and that I went with them.“

Braydon, the foreman, is an amazing soul to work with and has an incredible team of hard-working professionals. He knows how to manage projects and people! The gutter install went off without a hitch. In and out within 3 hours flat! As a fussy customer, I had a small, very minor concern about one gutter section. “Small rubber roof ~ 350 sq/ft sprung a leak in the middle of a winter storm. I called several roofers and this organization responded to my call quickly. Owner came out and did a walk around/assessment. Determined due to age of roof (15yrs) it was probably best to just replace it as it had been patched several times before. Owner gave me an estimate of costs, and a timeframe within which he could do the work (weather dependent) his crew showed up on the date and time that we agreed and in one day my wife and I had a new, leak-free roof.
