I reached out to Brett when very close friends of mine were in a bind in regards to a commercial property they own in Worcester. They had a VERY hard deadline to have handicap signs placed in their parking lot. I reached out to Brett and we met within a few hours, passed along the plans and explained what the situation was. I put him in contact with the owners and he took it from there. He 100% assured me he could handle what needed to be done and he could manage the schedule I had given him. He absolutely delivered and followed through in every respect to the project. My friends are back in compliance with the city thanks to Brett and his team. Thank you again.
