“We had the pleasure of working with Rick Stein and his Worcester Home Care team from March 2019 through July 2023. They provided daily assistance, i.e. bathing, laundry, mobility assistance, for both of my parents for 6 months leading up to my father’s decline. When my father became ill, they seamlessly transferred into traditional hospice mode and provided superb care and support as he passed. We then had them focus on my wheelchair bound mother for another 4 years. They continued to provide expert care assisting with mobility, bathing, laundry, eating, and companionship. Again, when the time came, they took charge and switched into the hospice care mode and treated my mother with so much respect and care until her death. In the four and a half years we have worked with Rick and his team, they have shared their expert advice and provided my parents with wonderful, caring team members that gave my parents the highest quality of life possible. We give our highest recommendation for Rick and Worcester Home Care team. They were truly a blessing to work with.“
