“Our town (Waltham) had a huge power surge from Eversource yesterday, which knocked out the electricity in thousands of homes, started a few house fires, and ruined a lot of electronic devices. We had half our townhouse down and sparks shooting out of the breaker panel. Joe Cusano had been working at our neighbor's place and we asked him to look at our panel. Not only did he come right over to do that, he ended up staying until after 9 PM, replacing breakers, outlets, and installing a surge protector. Today he is coming back to replace a couple heaters that got fried. The fact we were able to get everything fixed the same day was remarkable. Joe is a great guy and I can't say enough about his work and his professionalism. He really bailed us out at a tough time and stayed late until the job was done.
