I had 5 dining room chairs that I thought were beyond repair; the fabric was covered in water stains. I called Windsor Chem-Dry to see if they would be able to help. The owner stated that water stains are hard to come out, but he offered to see if he could take it out of one char, free of charge. When the owner called me up and said that the process had worked, I was beyond happy....then he told me the price: less than 15 per chair. I was over the moon. The owner was very kind and would go out of his way to be nice. I am very happy with the services and will definitely go back should I need professional cleaning in the future! My 5 chairs look brand new!
They do a wonderful job on my wall to wall rug and are very professional, and know what they are doing I send my area orientals to be cleaned and they some back looking like new Doris Gill Weymouth, MA
