I arranged a party of 7 women to go there last Saturday for a friend's birthday celebration, and all of them have gotten a lot of mani-pedis at many other places. They told me afterwards that it was the best experience that each of them had ever had. The Muse had seven nail technicians working and all of them were excellent. As outstanding as the mani-pedis were, what was equally fantastic was the customer service and how much the owner Vincent did to ensure that they were comfortable. I was so intrigued that I went there for a pedicure a few days later. Karen worked on my feet, and it was fantastic. She was careful, detail-oriented, and she took her time. I've had enough pedicures to know that the technician can do a great job cutting and manicuring your toenails, but you can still walk away feeling dissatisfied.
