The doors are both excellent, and the minor issue I had with the transom window seal was repaired swiftly and professionally by Stephen. Thank you very much for a quality product and excellent support.

I was a builder for 35 years and in that whole time I have never been treated so fair and kind as I was by Don. He took the time to make sure anything and everything I needed was addressed and properly ordered. His kindness and care was second to no one. THANK YOU DON!! Great experience!

Traci met me with a smile and personable greeting to start my first encounter with this Pella store and things only got better from there. Traci was filling in and had a long commute with lots of traffic headaches, as this was not her usual venue to work from. She was filling in for the day to help out. She didn’t let the fact that she had to change her daily routine and deal with a very long commute effect her attitude or efficiency in helping me. I was looking for a Pella window accessory for windows in my home.
