Visited Lunette's Dedham store today looking for eyeglasses and left a Lunette customer for life. From the moment my wife and I walked in to the store, a woman came over to us and asked if we needed help with anything sgter giving us a few minutes to look around on our own. She was beyond knowledgeable about their brands and made suggestions based on my face shape and height. I ended up buying a pair of glasses nothing like I would have looked at, but I tried them on and my wife and I were sold. To boot, about 30 minutes after we left the store she called us back and told us my insurance covered more than she had calculated and without even asking refunded me $90. I am someone who has been in sales and customer service for years and fully plan to use today's experience to show how to win a customer for life. Thanks for everything!
Walked in for replacement nose pads, after frame adjustments I didn’t realize they needed I walked out with a “like new” pair of 5yo glasses. Wouldn’t accept any payment. Completely typical level of service for them, just another reason #customerforlife. #icberlin One more thought - staff are professionals at the highest level.
