When I visited, I was with my stylist within 5 minutes of arriving. She was friendly and did an amazing job with my blowout. When they found out I was going on vacation the next day, the put in extra effort to ensure the volume would last even longer, totally going above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be back soon!

I’ve been a member at Drybar for 7 years! Sadly, this location is way below expectations. Tried 4 times to be fair. Always late- they see you 20 mins typically past your appointment time and the customer service is atrocious. Rude and not friendly at all- like you are severely inconveniencing them. Very new and inexperienced stylists - asked for volume and hair was totally flat. Discontinuing my membership and taking my business to another location.

I have been looking forward to this location coming to the south shore. I wish I had better things to say, but I am disappointed. I have been now 4 times, each time with a different stylist. I haven't had one "great" experience yet. In fact, all have been sub par. I routinely get in the car and think, why did I bother, I could do a better job myself. I know this location being new is likely going through growing pains, but the stylists really don't seem to have experience in blowouts and styling. I had booked an add on scalp massage this time and never even got it. I have long hair and just like a soft, beachy wave with some volume that can last for 3-5 days...nothing difficult. I have either gotten Shirley Temple curls or flat, kind of blah results. The experience and interaction has also been less than exciting, everyone is very flat over all. Given the cost of these blow outs, add ons and product, I expect a lot better. Other Dry Bars I have been to are significantly better sadly. Bummer!
