“I started working with Kerry in January because I'd been struggling with lower back pain caused by a herniated disc for over a year. I'd tried various pain management solutions to no avail and ended up booking an appointment with Kerry because she specifically mentioned helping clients with lower back pain on her website. I've been working with Kerry now for 6 months and am so thankful I found her!! She's helped me both by teaching me exercises to reduce pain when my back is acting up and overall strength training so my back acts up less often. I would 100% recommend working with her- she's also just an incredibly positive, friendly person who never makes me (someone brand new to strength training) feel intimidated to try new things.“

A couple of months afer my PT benefits ended, I called Golden Home Fitness. I have a combination of in home training and Zoom sessions. I appreciate the fact that the workout is tailored to my particular deficits, as well as, over all strength, flexibility and wellness training. I'm only sorry I didn't call sooner.“

142 NH-111, Hampstead“Really loved this gym! They have a great selection of barbells, certain machines were real nice quality, and the overall atmosphere is chill but focused. Feels like a place where people go to properly work out, and not a place to screw around. Ended up going here over Choice Fitness in Massachusetts, because this place has a $10 day pass instead of $20. Employees are also friendly. Locker rooms are nice and spacious.Only docking 1 star over a minor complaint... this place was pretty hot! Granted it was an 85-88 degree day outside, but the A/C seemed like it was struggling to keep up in that huge building, and one of the big fans they had was out of order.“
