I set up an appointment for today for Steven to fix the power to my dishwasher. I was told by the appliance repair person that the wire from the circuit breaker must have been chewed by a mouse. No power to the unit, although when connected to another power source, it worked well.
He and his associate were brilliant. They discovered in two minutes that there was an on/off switch under my sink that was in the off position. I had no idea that this switch controlled the dishwasher.
When I asked him how much I owed him, he said, “No charge.”
Of course I would have paid him; My problem was solved.
He’s now my go-to electrician.
