She is very knowledgeable on the body and it's functions. I tried a few things(massage,dr or pt) to help give my hip relief after having my 2nd c section . I was amazed that she fixed me. Now I'm doing aerial silks, getting my body all out of line and hurt. My muscles feel stronger and I feel so much relief/relaxed after I leave her table. Thanks Karyn!
Karyn's knowledge of how the body and the brain work astounds me. Her ability to figure out why my body hurts and most importantly how to make it not hurt is priceless. If you have been in pain for a while and don't know what to do, book an appointment with her and you might just be pleasantly surprised that your pain goes away quickly! You have to do the work she says, but every time I'm there, I think it's magic!!! Thank you
Karyn is a very talented and gifted woman. My session with her was very relaxing and I felt 100% comfortable with her. We discussed different areas where I was struggling and she made some excellent suggestions, even giving me some toe separators that I've been wearing and this is already making a difference. She is an asset to Stable Hands and I'm looking forward to my next session.
