It's easy to make an appointment through their website. However the staff was unorganized and the nurse practitioner didn't seem helpful. When I expressed my concerns on the changes of my body that some medical professional websites (e.g. CDC, NIH), I was just told that my body is not the same as 5 years ago.
My first time going to Health Quarters was a great experience! The staff is very nice and informative plus I felt it was a safe space too! I also got an appointment the very next day of calling which was very convenient. I highly recommend this doctors office!
Amazing staff, doing such a wonderful job to make things as comfortable as possible in this uncertain time. I will be returning as necessary 100%. Everybody was super nice, informative and respectful.
