Super easy to get an appointment, got an appt within a week of calling. Easy and supportive experience getting my IUD placed. They play cool music too.

***They do not offer sedation, premedication, or lidocaine for IUD placements as of September 2023.****

It's easy to make an appointment through their website. However the staff was unorganized and the nurse practitioner didn't seem helpful. When I expressed my concerns on the changes of my body that some medical professional websites (e.g. CDC, NIH), I was just told that my body is not the same as 5 years ago.
