I can’t say enough about Karl the technician that came by today. He knew right away what was needed, replaced it in a very timely manner, and was very personable and upbeat! He was the best!!The reason I didn’t give five stars was because I called on a Friday and did not hear back so I called twice on Saturday before I was told that I have to say it’s an emergency if I want someone to come out on a Saturday. Your Facebook page says you are open everyday from 7-10. It should say the hours and days which are considered emergency. I was charged $250 for an “emergency“ which took less than a hour to repair. Called on February 1st and stated that I was having a problem with the thermostat.....she asked if I had heat and if i needed a technician. I said that I had heat... She said that someone would call me.. I called again later that day for a follow-up.....no answer voicemail . I ended up fixing my thermostat myself.... the issue was in the settings. I called the next day to cancel any appointment that might have been made....went to voicemail ... no return call /follow-up was ever received. At this time, it was cold and in the deep freeze. ...I realize that it was a busy time.. still, any reputable company would have done a follow-up.
