Steve is a true professional who knows his craft inside and out. Responded to our inquiry immediately , showed up on time, talked us though several options, did not try to upsell, and gave us a quote that we felt was more than reasonable. This review is overdue but I was reminded to write after walking by my heat pump quietly and gently blowing warm air into my home. Sean was on-time, professional and informative. I called rather blindly not knowing much about what I needed for my new home. Sean, with his kind nature explained to me how the system works.
