Patriot built my home two years ago and did an exceptional job. Chris Childs and his team was an excellent partner in the process - taking my ideas/concept plans from inception through completion. Chris has the best demeanor – a great listener, very responsive on any issue that comes up, and just gets the job done the right way. Not living on the Cape at the time, it was important for me to work with an outfit that I could trust while I was not there to oversee, etc.. Having grown up in the construction/building trade, I know good workmanship when I see it – and his subcontracting team is outstanding from framing, millwork to paint.
