5 Stars for JC Fast Tailors & Dry Cleaners! I was in a bind for an upcoming wedding and my suit didn't fit any more. I bought another online and didn't like it. Bought a suit on a Wednesday evening for a Saturday night wedding. Pants were too long and the store couldn't hem them in time. They recommended JC Fast Tailors. I called them on Thursday morning to ask if they could hem them in time. I am a first-time customer at JC’s, and I had a top-notch experience! I ordered a throw pillow on-line as a surprise gift for my daughter who was leaving for college. The day before we were scheduled to leave, the pillow arrived and it had the wrong color back. Not a huge deal, I know, but I was disappointed because I knew it wouldn’t match her room.
I stopped in at JC’s and explained the situation and Josefine agreed to fix it for me that day. Josefine did the most beautiful job on the pillow!! She was so kind and her work was outstanding! I had an emergency with my MOH dress and without any hesitations, they wanted to help. They went above and beyond and fixed every little tear, they were able to add extra fabric for a better fit, and hemmed it perfectly. Since it’s prom season I was worried, but they were able to get it done within 2 weeks. Absolutely amazing customer service, very welcoming & just very nice people in general. My fiancé also got his shirt dry cleaned and it was perfect. Couldn’t be more thankful. Highly highly recommend !
