GREAT SUCCESS INSTALLING AN HVAC SYSTEM THANKS TO KYLE BRANDAO I contacted Trust 1 Services at the end of February 2023 because I found it a reputable company with a 4.8 rating and over 370 reviews. Kyle Brandao was the service expert assigned to our company. I contacted Kyle to ensure I had a quote that reflected what was necessary to comply with the HVAC engineer’s plan. I had already got another company referred by the engineer that gave us a $40K quote. Kyle was patient and knowledgeable but needed to contact the engineer for clarification. According to the engineer’s HVAC plan, there were many requisites, including a ventilation system, but it wasn’t clear what type we should get. I scheduled a Zoom call with Kyle, the engineer, and myself. Kyle was instrumental in learning that most of the engineer’s directives were optional and that we needed an energy recovery ventilation system (ERV). Kyle produced a quote that was less than 50% of what the other company was charging us, plus an option to finance the installation costs that we found convenient. Trust 1 Services installed the ERV system in mid-April to our complete satisfaction. Thanks, Kyle, for your superb customer service and for helping us save lots of money! I highly recommend Trust 1 Services because we got the best customer service from them. We called 4 days ago because our Air conditioner was not working and they came out today and fixed the problem for us. They were efficient and very pleasant!

We can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional, knowledgeble, and reliable. They care about the work they do, put in the extra effort when it comes to repairs and installations, and are responsive when you call them. They helped us out with a Sterling gas heater that needed some fixing and didn't disappoint. We highly recommend them.
