“Can't say enough good things about OPEX. I joined six months ago, after trying to figure out the best place to build back strength after the pandemic. Had previously done CrossFit and Orangetheory, but wanted to go somewhere that was more individually tailored to where I was at. The three session assessment at the start of membership really analyzes exactly where you're at for strength, endurance, and mobility. I was surprised at how thorough it was. Workouts are specific to where you're at, and progress as you do. Bobby and Jeff are knowledgeable and really helpful, both on the floor and for any other fitness or nutrition guidance you need.
