Extremely poor communication and customer service. My appointment was cancelled and no one contacted me. I went to the physical appointment and not only did they fail to inform me it was a virtual visit, they were incredibly rude with me and didn’t understand why I was rightfully upset. It’s shocking how poorly organized a company like this is in 2022. Pretty disgraceful and the office isn’t even a real office, it 10000% seems like a front for some illegal operation. I do not recommend this service or any of these caregivers to anyone I care about.
