We are a business in Hanover that has worked the Shields for a couple of years. They have always been honest and direct with their services. I may not always like they answer, but we have benefited from their consultation. Note - They do not "overfix". If a machine is past its prime, they will let you know.

They go above and beyond to take care of customers needs.

UPDATE: Someone reached out and offered to complete job for the $110 we paid already plus cost of the part... that was nice. However, as we were looking to keep budget low we had to open up the laptop to get the part number and found that there's no possible way this place actually opened it up as stated... it was a very simple fix... it was a loose connector pin. Popped it back in and problem solved... so... still feel ripped off the cost was $110 just to "look at it" and the "looking at it" part very obviously never happened. Conclusion... paid $110 for this place to just "guess" that it needed a brand new screen, and we fixed it.... read full review
