Samantha is extremely knowledgeable in her field and is also super nice !! I’m always asking her questions and she responds in a very informative manner. I’m extremely happy with my progress I’m making with my injury and couldn’t be happier with her !!

Having the opportunity to know Samantha Welchman from a professional level as well as being a client of hers, I can say she is a Wealth of knowledge and really cares about her clients! I own a Gym in Marshfield and have had multiple injuries over the years, including 2 torn rotator cuffs and a dislocated shoulder that have made it difficult for me to preform certain actions when demonstrating for clients proper form and technique.Sam's approach was to get me moving again quickly while also building me up over time so I could be able to do my work in a manner that doesn't cause pain!
