I have never had an issue with the Hanover location, the women we have had have always been friendly and gave a great cut! Last time however, it was SO bad. Both of the boys had such bad cuts that I honestly can’t believe they let me walk out. The woman wasn’t friendly, I don’t think I’ve seen her there before. I’m non confrontational so I paid and left but it was even worse in natural light. Everyone has commented on how amazingly bad it is. Now I am scared to go to this location in fear we will get stuck with her again. She should maybe stick to adults and let the more kid friendly hair dressers work on the kids, maybe that was the issue. I provided pictures...read full review

They were great. I brought my 5year old nephew here and I wasn't sure of how short I wanted to go but she was patient with me and showed me the different sizes until I was happy

This salon has incredible COVID precautions. Only two stylists, online check-in with live waitlist updates, thorough station sterilization between customers, a cap of 5 max at anytime, fast cuts and (of course) masks are mandated. As I've been my kids master barber for the last year, it was about time to give him a real cut. We were impressed by their standards, and they had a coup for a $7 cut, so we thought "why not?" We were in two minutes after the estimated wait list time, and the stylist engages my five-year-old so comfortably, he wouldn't shut up dying the whole cut (which admittedly was only about ten minutes). Huge plus! I'm committed to my barber (Norwell Clippah!) but for the little guy, this was an awesome experience, and we felt totally comfortable amidst COVID anxiety. Thank you!
