Our items are always returned in excellent condition. We can tell that they are laundered with care and attention to detail. Our driver, Sean is so responsible and reliable and always has treats for my dogs :-).

We used Dependable Cleaners for the 1st time to clean our heavy-ish king sized comforter (we have a very drooly and stain producing English Bulldog). We can't put it in our own washing machine due to the weight and size of the comforter.Anyway, we dropped it off super easy, the turn around was expected to be over a week which would have been fine, but they actually had it laundered much faster ... in 2-3 days or so. When I went to pick it up it was packaged up all nicely which made it easy to carry out! The store manager was the individual who checked me out, so very nice and pleasant to interact with!
