Becoming a member at CrossFit Lunacy has definitely been one of the best decisions I could have made for myself. Always a very welcoming empowering atmosphere. The coaches are amazing and always very accommodating to different levels and needs. Never HAS to be a competition, moving your body and being healthy is all that matters.

What a great gym! For years I was intimidated by CrossFit. However, Lisa and her team of coaches welcome everyone the same, regardless of size, shape, age or physical ability. Everything can be modified and you are never made to feel like you aren’t strong enough, fast enough or fit enough. The entire community is welcoming and supportive on your fitness journey! The gym is also extremely clean, in a brand new facility with all new equipment. You can feel the good energy right when you walk in the door! In 18 months I have completely transformed and feel stronger and fitter than ever! It’s a gym to check out for sure!

I have been doing CrossFit for over 7 years now. Unfortunately my gym had closed their doors but CF Lunacy welcomed my husband and I with open arms. This gym is not only friendly but extremely clean, well run, and has great programming. I would highly recommend CF Lunacy to anyone who is looking for a new gym or looking to try out CrossFit!
