Yoga Spirit is an awesome studio. Be present, still, silent, reflective and allow your body to feel energised by the words of the instructor ... the classes are invigorating and uplifting, makes me feel renewed and grateful.

Excellent location, with no worry on parking, lots of them and free of charge. Beautiful studio, especially like the windows looking over beautiful trees and I can breath fresh air. Good class, although the yin class is slightly different from the one I usually practice, I did enjoy my hour today.

Amazing transformation occurs in all the yoga classes - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I've found my center at last. The teachers push you to the maximum but know your limits. Genuine, encouraging, friendly, enthusiastic, gentle and kind souls come together to connect and rejuvenate. Highly recommended. The atmosphere is immensely addictive and very infectious. Start now. You will feel the difference and reap the benefits ! The day you don't want to go is the day your mind and body need it the most ! ��
