Wish I could give them 10 stars! They are so incredibly sweet and caring. I have had so many bad experiences of calloused vets in the past and this one is so good that I am floored.

I brought my cat to Riverbend to prepare for an international move. I wish I'd known about this place sooner, because I would've loved to have come here the entire time I was living in Western Mass. Dr. Pelletier and her staff are warm, patient, and knowledgeable, especially with cats (and with international health certificates!). They went out of their way to explain details to me and even took extra time to teach me how to trim my cat's claws. Don't hesitate to bring your cat here!

You and your pet will always be in loving hands at Riverbend. They are compassionate, thorough and flexible. Nowadays it can be hard getting appointments especially emergency last minute appointments, but they find a way. I appreciate them texting me to confirm and I can always ask a question by text, someone answers! Amazing!
