Nail Pro is definitely hit or miss. I've had some pretty good experiences and some not so great onrs. My latest trip wasn't the greatest. The nail tech was a little rough with my cuticles, did a poor job with my dip, and overall poor service.Just last Tuesday, I was in for just dip. While I was instantly seated, the nail tech rushed my color choice so she could begin taking off my old gel polish. She didn't let the acetone process and ended up just grinding the majority of my old polish off.With the dip, she didn't take it all the way to the nail bed or edges, so after just 6 days, I have a lot of growth showing. Good first time experience.But I was about 8 minutes late for our appointment and got an attitude from the manager. But everything ended working out. (Two pedicures and one manicure)
