If you want good customer service and expert dry cleaning and tailoring, don't go there. I've had one bad experience and wanted to give the shop a second chance, I was disappointed again. Will go somewhere else next time.

Had a 4 shirts laundered 3 wks ago ($24) and they looked OK so I decided to bring in 6 shirts for laundering last week. Charge this time was $78, i.e., $13 per shirt? I won't go there again. Beware people! No consistency with pricing.

Had sweaters that were shrunk and a shirt ripped. The owner took no responsibility for the errors, never apologized, she just said come back it will not happen again. She was rude and had no customer service. The only reason they get one star was for the actual employees being nice.
