I was in an accident and broke my nose. I walked in with 2 black eyes and Lian took the time to do a color consultation. I was in the chair for a long time but the end result was long lasting coverage of these 2 black eyes. She took the time to tell me about the products used and the techniques to apply them. I'm a little leary about putting my picture out on the web. Call me old I get it but I assure you my friends and family were so surprised at how much was covered up and how natural it looked. I had a great experience at Aegis physical therapy and chiropractic. Dr ringrose was able to get my SI joint back into alignment and the physical therapists were wonderful at helping me get my strength back and pain under control. Worked with Ryan and Maurice this time around and have also worked with Ginger in the past!! They’re super knowledgeable. Thanks guys you’re the best!!
I let my son pick my tattoo idea and he went with a ghost holding flowers. Tim ran with it and it looks really nice with a glow around the flowers and a shine in the ghosts eyes. Way more than I was expecting! He did it freehand too and it was really impressive!

Scheduled septic tank pumping was delayed because of an emergency at the VA hospital. Our clean out was done the very next day as promised because we were leaving and needed to put the soil back over the tank clean outs before we left. Very accommodating and great service that we have enjoyed over the years.

Ozzie had a bad experience at the new Easthampton Animal Hospital. He HAD loved Dr Hayden., who retired. Riverbend has reset his opinion of going to the vet. The staff is not only knowledgable, but clearly they love animals. They used gentle touch, patience and praise. They had the hypodermic ready, as opposed to Easthampton Animal Hospital who prepared it in front of him.

Had my kitchen re-done from removing a wall and demo of kitchen tile floor and installation of hardwood, and the one thing they promised was 5 weeks start to finish and they delivered. And the workman were high quality, customer focused and someone showed up everyday. From the design team to the schedulers and on site workman this is a top notch organization.
Laura is beyond excellent with cats. We have a 6yr old Norwegian Forest Cat who only hangs out with us, and hides whenever anyone else enters the house. She's also a nervous wreck when when she stays at a Kennel. Laura came to see her twice a day for 2+ weeks, and became Feather's first new friend in 6 years. Laura was so patient and determined to get Feather out of her shell and it eventually worked! Feather was--for the first time--completely her fabulous, relaxed self when we returned from vacation. Thanks for the peace of mind, Laura!
We had multiple issues with our sprinkler system. Francisco came out and repaired an underground leak and replaced a solenoid. He was professional, quick, and did great work. I can't even tell where he dug up the lawn for the repair. Omasta was great to deal with start to finish

Wagging Tails has been amazing for our puppy, Trixie! They treat her super well and she never comes home stressed. We use them for occasional daycare and boarding. Can't recommend them enough!
Place has a great staff who actually care about the animals. They do little events often for the dogs and have photos taken in theme. They do birthday shout outs for their animals and chances are if your dog goes to the hotel, you’ll find many pictures of them on the facebook page. Great place!

Best waxing experience I've had! The office is clean, organized, and friendly. Lina did an amazing job; she was gentle, made me feel at ease, and always took care to listen to me throughout. Since going to see her, I haven't had any issues with ingrowns. I've had painful waxing experiences at other places in the past - with Lina it's honestly almost pain-free. Can't recommend enough!

I hired Split Excavating to sweep my businesses parking lot. They came on time on the evening we were to sweep. They were in and out in a few hours and they were patient with my team as we had to move a few things while they were here. Brian and the sweeper driver were both very professional and courteous. I will definitely be utilizing them again in the future.
