Joe, Kyle, and Ben were professional and kept me informed throughout the process of servicing one furnace and replacing another. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the clean-up. Just had Baldini P&H in to swap replace our leaking water heater. We knew it was going to need to be replaced soon and had already requested quotes. As we were deciding between tank and tankless, the old unit sprung a leak. We reached back out as it became more urgent and Baldini had their team in the next day to replace with a new unit. Nick and Jack were very professional, experienced, clean and got the job done quickly. They even addressed some other leaky faucets while on-site. We’re new to the area and had not used Baldini before. I would highly recommend and will have them back for additional plumbing and HVAC needs in the years to come.
