“I’ll try to keep my story short.

On May 14th, I had an appointment scheduled with my regular salon in Ayer. Unfortunately my stylist canceled on me very last minute (I had already left work for the day and was near the salon when she called me).

It was then that I tried to find another local salon that would see me as a walk in, as I had already taken time from work.

Toni saved the day by taking me. She spent several hours with me last minute and my hair looked great after. However, after sitting with the color for about a week.. I realized it wasn’t as bright as I really wanted, so I called Toni back the following Monday and she told me to come in the next morning (that was yesterday)

Without hesitation, Toni brightened up my color for me and now I’m 100% happy with it. She also gave me a cut while I was in there (I didn’t have time the first visit). She also recommended some AMAZING products that I love.

Toni and all the girls there are a blast to be around. They are all so nice. Needless to say I’ve switched salons and Toni is my new stylist.

“I am so happy with my pedicure and will definitely be going back. It was my first time today and I can't say how relaxing my experience was. Their basic pedicure came with a lot, including heel paraffin while getting painted and then a great oil massage and hot towel at the end. It was not at all rushed and she really took her time. When I first sat down it also spoke volumes that my tech knew the name of a customer who walked in AND even their specific color number from their last manicure. Highly recommend this place!

“I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure today. I have been to a few other places in the area for the same reasons. I have never been treated so highly, helpful, and kind as Organic Nails in Ayer MA. They go above and beyond a manicure and pedicure. You receive hot stones, warm wrap, and a heel soak for your feet. These are included in a pedicure! A regular gel polish manicure includes a scrub soap for washing your hands, warm towel that your hands are dried with, a wax bath to soften your skin, and a back and neck massage if you want! Oh I forgot to mention they take their time with each customer - never rushed, pay attention to detail. You leave feeling pampered and an amazing looking nails. I received a compliment from the first person I saw after having my nails done. I will be back!!“

“I've been going to this nail salon for at least a year now and each time I've gone in everybody has been very extremely nice to me and if I had a problem with my nails they fix it no problem and the thing is when people think that they're talking about us they're not talking about us they don't speak very good English so they're asking their co-workers how to say something back to you or vice versa you know and you can understand all those people they work 7 days a week and they work from the time it opens to the time it closes not like us where we got a 9 to 5:00 and we leave or whatever we can make our hours all I got to say is this nail place is one of the best nail places that I've ever been in it's clean everybody's extremely nice here and they let you know if something's going to cost extra I've been in other places where they do it and then they tell me after the fact that it was going to cost extra keep up the good work so a big shout out Bella's nail salon all is do a great job“

Cleanliness: After having to deal with ingrown nails and infected toes from prior dirty salons, it's nice to have clean services!“
