“168 Nails is my favorite nail salon EVER!! I've been there 8 times over the past 2 years, and consistently had an INCREDIBLE experience!! First, the owner is SO nice and friendly. He gives out drinks AND SNACKS!!! YES, you read that correctly, SNACKS!! The photo is from my pedicure yesterday. Yes, that is me eating a COMPLIMENTARY ICE CREAM BAR.. Like what?! Next, the pedicure chairs are AMAZING! The chairs are wide, SUPER comfy, have great massage functions, AND SEAT WARMERS... They also have special collapsible stand for your legs during the callus removal. No more holding your legs up for 5 min like an olympic workout (people who get frequent pedicures will know what I mean). The service is top-notch, and my nails always look SO nice! I felt compelled to write this review/recommendation to let everyone know how wonderful they are! Seriously, if you are looking for a new nail place, 168 Nails IS IT!!“

“Salon staff are friendly and usually do a good job. However last time I went I noticed they reused a nail file. It had clearly already been used. Did not come out of a new package. Cuticle trimmer and nail clippers were taken out of a new package though. Every time I get gel it looks great, however one time I got regular nail polish and when it dried the polish was full of cracks- I’m guessing the layers were not fully dry before the applied the next one.“

I've had several services done here and I leave each appointment feeling refreshed, glowing, and beautiful. The estheticians are kind, knowledgeable and truly listen to your skin concerns. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed I told them what I wanted and showed them my design and they had me sit down right away. “I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure today. I have been to a few other places in the area for the same reasons. I have never been treated so highly, helpful, and kind as Organic Nails in Ayer MA. They go above and beyond a manicure and pedicure. You receive hot stones, warm wrap, and a heel soak for your feet. These are included in a pedicure! A regular gel polish manicure includes a scrub soap for washing your hands, warm towel that your hands are dried with, a wax bath to soften your skin, and a back and neck massage if you want! Oh I forgot to mention they take their time with each customer - never rushed, pay attention to detail. You leave feeling pampered and an amazing looking nails. I received a compliment from the first person I saw after having my nails done. I will be back!!“
