This is the best veterinary practice in MA. Dr. Thomas is thorough, precise, kind, and down to earth. She has dealt with everything, from international travel documents - that were prepared and just needed my signature - to a thorough investigation of health issues. Micayla, the technician, demonstrates immense compassion towards animals and is clear and informative. The front desk are efficient (my cat's entire history was organised, paper clipped, and the file returned to me within a day!), respectful, and lovely. Fabulous team and the very best care!
Ashling is extremely professional, warm and welcoming. She addressed all my concerns prior to my massage and gave me tips to help keep me pain free after my appointment. It was by far the best massage I have ever had. She also used different techniques throughout the massage which was a welcome surprise. Looking forward to my next appointment.
AMAZING! Sarahjean is absolutely fantastic. She listens, takes amazing care of her clients, and makes you feel like you are the best human on the planet. She is a great active listener, she is gentle in her approach with her service, and makes sure you have what you need. If you need something during your session as you are enveloped with calming music, lying down on her comfy table with your blanket on, she has a ringer to call her into your personal room if needed.
I have been going here since 2015 and there is no where else I would go for treatment. Simply, she's the best!
I started going to her for tough periods and tinnitus. After my lengthy consult (yes, she spends time getting to know you and your needs) and first treatment, I went from taking 3 meds for my periods to just 400mg ibuprofen. I also didn't need to sleep with a fan to dull out the screeching sounds I would hear from the tinnitus. I no longer have periods anymore and she's helped me balanced my hormones that are left so I live a very comfortable adjusted lifestyle.
Recently, she added a facial service that I just tried and it was fantastic. I saw results immediately and the after care was luxurious. I stopped botox over a year ago and now I don't need any of that thanks to Sarahjean! She is a master at her craft.
I have had starwood veterinary,Dr. Baran come to my home to help with my dog aggressive 75 pound pitbull named Nitro for several years, I am so glad and thankful I found this vet, he is kind, attentive, understanding, and he is also not afraid to work with a pitbull that can get snappy during yearly immunizations, During the pandemic Nitro was sick, and the Dr, was out on medical, but he called me, and he helped troubleshoot via phone call about my dogs belly, etc, next steps........ The Doc was correct, my dog ate a bone and had a piece of bone stuck in his belly, This past tuesday I had to put down my beloved Nitro, Dr, B came to the house, and helped get Nitro peacefully to rainbow heaven. Nitro called Dr Banan, "the wormy doctor", because Dr B, prescribed the yearly heart worm pills. 5-star the best vet I have ever worked with. I am 54, and have never been without a dog more than 4 days, lol I had Nitro for 15 years, and the pup before him, Shena also lived 15 years. So in 30 years, 2 dogs, and I look forward to continuing to work with Dr. B, in the near future, when I adopt another pup. this time will need to be a smaller pup, I am getting older now, and need to consider logistics of the bigger pups, so next I need a pup under 50 pounds. But 5 star plus plus for Starwood Veterinary out of Groton, MA, Nitro loved his "Doctor Wormy". UPDATE: I adopted a 40 pound terrier mix, and Dr. B came to the house to perform Peppas first round of immunizations, he is very patient, understanding, caring, and fantastic. I have recommended Starwood vet to many neighbors, and now a bunch of my neighbors and their pets have Dr. B,
Thought my cat was a goner.. was convinced he wasn't coming back from being very ill and was actually calling around to likely end his suffering.. Had family say good byes and everything.. I was able to get an appointment that afternoon, and the vet took a look at Tito and suggested some blood work after I described the symptoms. The approximate costs were presented to me, I went forward with blood work, and the Dr was able to get back to me with a likely culprit (kidney infection) and a treatment plan. Costs/options were presented, and I went ahead with the suggested treatment.. And 2 days later now and Tito is eating again and looking lively! Great experience with all the staff and process and transparency on costs. Fingers crossed Tito continues to improve and recover from here! Very appreciative of the accomodating and compassionate care. The name rings true ?
This is a nice building to host a public event. Some of the town committees and organizations use the building for their meetings on occasion and there is a second floor and bathrooms. While most is accessible some parts of the building are not.The post is named after Lawrence Gay who died of his wounds after heroically leading soldiers during World War 1.There is an accessible parking spot and a US Postal mail box on the road in front of the site with an 11:30 am pick up Monday - Friday and 10:00 an Saturday.This is a good place to park if taking a walk through the Old Burial Ground and other nearby down town locations.
Most talented contractor. Mind of a genius when it comes to building anything. Master electrician, Roofer, anything you need Festus can do for you. Never cuts corners and makes sure the job is done efficiently. Leaves job cleaner than it was before , always intellectually thinks outside of the box for best results and reliability. One of a kind guy ??? Highly recommend. You will never be disappointed in end result.

From start to finish it was a collaborative effort where she really got to know me and what exactly I was looking for.
Dr. Steve is amazing! I was unable to run any longer due to a back injury and he had me back on the road in no time! I'm very grateful for having this wonderful place 5 minutes from home!
We booked our hair and makeup services for our wedding day with Body Mind Spirit Salon and Day Spa and it was such a fantastic experience! I 100% recommend them for anyone getting married in the area. From our trials to the day of services, their team was so kind, professional and caring! Lorena and Bekah are an amazing team and made myself and our bridal party feel comfortable and made getting our hair and makeup done so much fun! They did an incredible job and our wedding was on a very hot and humid day, but our hair and makeup lasted the whole day and night! We are so thankful for their amazing work and they truly made our wedding day perfect!

I have a chronic illness and I have a lot of experience with alternative medicine. As a result, I don't often learn something new. Here I learned at least two new things. The Bowen technique which was very helpful for pain relief and Burst exercise which seems to be working although I have not done it long. Dr. Darrow Hand is sensitive and knowledgeable. If you have medical issues, he is definitely worth a visit.
The only time I can say that I have a hard time LEAVING the dentist. From Alison and Chris at the front desk to hygienist and assistants Wendy, Danielle and Kristen all the way up to Genevieve, the level of professionalism, empathy and transparency is absolutely unmatched! Love it here!
My parents hired Earthscape to re-do this horrible front walkway on their home. They live in a nice house which had this terrible front walkway. It looked like whoever built the house threw a bunch of leftover stones into concrete and called it a path. It was not level, a tripping hazard, a pain to shovel in the winter and just plain not safe. We have Earthscape fix this. They tore up the old walkway and installed a gorgeous flat herrinbone-style stone pathway. Not only does it look amazing but it is perfectly level and safe! They also filled in this area where we had these horrible stone steps and re-built a stone wall as well. They don't mess around - all of this was difficult to do - re-building a 6' high stone wall to match the old surrounding wall took some time but it looks awesome now! We encountered some issues during this project, but what I like most about Earthscape is that they actually fixed them and didn't fight you on it. It can be hard to find a good company with good people to do good work. I've had movers and roofers screw up majorly and fight you tooth and nail to resolve issues they themselves caused. Not so with Earthcsape - you can hire them with confidence for sure! While we had digsafe come out prior to the project, they didn't catch some electrical wire that got cut, as well as an underground gutter that was also damaged during the project. But no worries - Earthscape fixed all of that and didn't complain or charge us more. That peace of mind is priceless to me and my family. If you need any kind of work around your property - walkways, walls, etc, I heartily endorse Earthscape! You can thank me later!
