I had the same thing happen to me as the lady with the dress. I told them I wanted Only "DRY CLEANING DONE " and guess what "nope" and I was pissed! I did write a review and I'm sure they didn't like it but oh well!!

small town touch & ecological dry-cleaning - not only do they offer a lower environmental impact dry-cleaning service, but they went above and beyond and called me when I totally spaced and left my suit there for almost a year. Mystery solved! lol

The staff are reliable, friendly, efficient, service oriented, and knowledgeable! Have been going here for YEARS and have always been treated respectfully and professionally. Always timely and quality work, whether it’s clothing or other linens etc. I’d give them 10 out of 5 stars if possible!
