I’d give more stars if I could. The rug they cleaned was huge and hadn’t been done in over 20 years (by Pristine when at the Industrial Park location). I visited their new place to check if the method as as thorough as it used to be and Tyler gave me a tour explaining all the steps and picked up the rug a few days later. The rug we got back was so much more vibrant and beautiful! He also took his time placing it exactly with our furniture which was appreciated. Great job, really nice to work with, and a very fair price. 100% recommend.

Tyler was friendly and helpful right from our first conversation, when he came to pick up my rug, and through to the cleaning and storage. When it counted the most, though, was when circumstances led to me needing to sell the rug. For that, he and his crew were very patient and accommodating to the interested buyers, bringing it out to show several folks who came by appointment to look, and then working with me to allow for online payment. Tyler is absolutely wonderful and his staff follow in suit! My father recently passed away and I was very much hoping to be able to be able to keep his beloved recliner that he sat and smoked in everyday. The problem was, is that I don't smoke and the chair was saturated with it. I first reached out to someone in the Boston area, where my dad lived and they told me that I would most likely not be able to get the smell out but that they would give it a try.
