I called and talked to Jeromy who asked me a couple questions and said to bring it in. I dropped it off Saturday morning and got a call from him a little while later letting me know it was done. The virus had come from one of the widgets that pop up when you go to the lower left corner of your screen. He explained how they get in and what not to do if you get one. All in all it's better to stay away from the widgets. I never knew that shop was there and I'm glad I found it. If you have any problem with your computer, give Jeromy a call.“
