More propaganda than education. I did NOT feel listened to in the slightest. Go in and see for yourself. It's like I wasn't even a person, just a body to be crunched. In and out. Dr. Denny seemed unable to make a personal connection, like he was lecturing to a wall. I tried to speak up and was dismissed several times until I just gave up trying to make myself heard. Hope he enjoys his retirement because I think he's really phoning it in at this point. Go see Wayne.

Well, it seems I am not the only person who was treated poorly at Dr. Dennys practice! I was severely sick with a respiratory virus a couple of weeks ago and had to cancel my appointment. I received a phone call the next day advising me that I had missed my appointment. When I tried to explain that I had already canceled my appointment the receptionist became very annoyed, and she seemed to not believe me. I scheduled another appointment for today. When I arrived, I searched my entire vehicle for a mask but could not find any, even though I usually have a good supply.When I entered the office, I was met by the receptionist who told me that I needed to put on a mask. I told her that I was aware of that, but I did not have a mask with me today. She told me that I would not be seen and would need to reschedule.I asked her if she had a mask that I could wear, and she let me know that it is my responsibility.Well, I guess they keep their customers in line and if you slip up you get a slap on the hand!I have not been treated this way at any other healthcare facilities. I always wear a mask.However,there have been a few times I had forgotten and was provided with one. It's a common courtesy in my opinion. Needless to say...I did not schedule another appointment and let them know I would be going elsewhere.

Respect and professionality are very important and this office does not bring those qualities to their care.I had the misfortune of writing down the appointment time wrong (by 15 minutes) for my initial appointment. The front desk staff was very patronizing in the way she corrected my error. She actually seemed glad to have the opportunity to lay into someone. She showed zero empathy as she sternly told me that nobody could see me as I was the last appointment (10:30am on a monday) and that they take scheduling very seriously. I understand if that's the case, as do I, but the way in which she lectured me was really inappropriate. I wish I could more accuarately convey...read full review
