“I’d give more stars if I could. The rug they cleaned was huge and hadn’t been done in over 20 years (by Pristine when at the Industrial Park location). I visited their new place to check if the method as as thorough as it used to be and Tyler gave me a tour explaining all the steps and picked up the rug a few days later. The rug we got back was so much more vibrant and beautiful! He also took his time placing it exactly with our furniture which was appreciated. Great job, really nice to work with, and a very fair price. 100% recommend.“
