Plimpton & Hills Great Barrington

I've renovated a number of bathrooms over the years and have been very happy with the customer service at Waterware (Plimpton and Hills). It's a very nice showroom. Clean, bright, large, and easy to check out the merchandise. The past two times I purchased items through Cori, who was terrific. Genuinely interested in helping me. And provided some excellent design advice. I wanted my items asap, and she followed up to ensure they were in and called me. Very pleased. The customer service at the counter where you pay is also excellent. Prices are competitive. No need to shop on-line or anyplace else.
