Norbert changed a commercial lock for me in Great Barrington Verizon. (New owner). He ran into issue after issue... rust, parts jammed up, worn and so forth. He was relentless and did not give up or take shortcuts. It took him way past his dinnertime and he saw the job through. He said it's too cold to write you a bill, i will just mail you one next week. I am very happy with Norbert and the way he hung in for us.
