We hired JRC Remodeling to redo our kitchen. The job took about three times as long as promised. Joe Roth, owner of JRC together with his wife, is a terrible communicator and has a limited familiarity with truth telling. His workers made errors and forgot to do things (e.g., a cabinet drawer and a stone desk ledge not ordered). The most egregious problem involved removing wall insulation which was old and moldy, but forgetting to put new insulation in the wall prior to sealing it up and installing cabinets and countertops.
