Kimball was great but this Dead river has been terrible. We got burned from them, we asked for fixing our boiler, they have nerve to charge one hour rate of $155 just for their travel time. It should be half or less since I live in Barrington. Also, several mistakes in accounting. No thank you! After I got your feed back, I got another bill. Now, it said Labor 2.21hr. He was here just 2:11pm to 3:42pm. (1.51hr.) Labor came up to be $343.20. (Supposedly $110 per hr.) Sorry to tell you but it's not right. Teck guy was excellent but we will work with other company after this experience.

I have been using Kimball Fuel for many years for oil delivery and to maintain my furnace with annual cleanings.
