I'm in town for a week and wanted to check out the salt cabin. Let me first say that the Integrative Massage Therapy space is so beautiful and relaxing. I've heard great things and it did not disappoint! The whole appt was about 30 mins including explanation time from their knowledgeable staff. The experience in the cabin was so relaxing - I wish I had a place like this back home because I would go all the time! Such a treat!

Professional, relaxing, targeted, intense all at the same time. I have a very physically demanding job and muscle fatigue and soreness are ongoing problems. I have been to numerous chiropractors over the years and yes, they helped...but the effects of the visit seemed to only last a day or so and I was right back to square one. Each visit to Marianne seems to last weeks. She spends the time to get all the trouble spots and works deep enough to make a difference, but always asking to see if it's too much. I have been to many massage therapists in my day. Laura Ward is easily the best I've had, and Jan is in the top five. I have had chronic back pain for the past 4+ years, been to many different specialists, and for the first three years, Laura was the only one who was able to help me get pain relief. She is extremely skilled, has a broad repertoire of techniques, has uncanny intuitions, a great bedside manner, and top-notch customer service. Whether you are in pain, stressed out, or just in the mood for some pampering, and you are with an hour's drive of Great Barrington, you owe it to yourself to get a massage here.
