Tim Lovett and Rachel Louchen took excellent care of my family when we were looking for a house in a tight market.We didn't know the first thing about rural real estate and because there was so little inventory, we considered buying land, renting, and buying a new house. Throughout our process Tim and Rachel were both so patient and giving of their time and expertise. I can't recommend them enough.
