The owner Rich was great. I originally called him out for a gutter cleaning estimate. But once I got the price for cleaning the 22-year-old gutter, which was reasonable due to the difficulty in reaching the gutter, I decided to apply that cost to a new gutter & downspout. I talked to a lot of companies. Gutter Monkeys was not the lowest and definitely nowhere near the highest but the most reasonable and part of a highly reviewed eastern Massachusetts franchise. The materials were first-class, and the number of hangers used was more than adequate. The workers were efficient and professional and left no materials behind.

After I drained the 18 inches of water from my basement from a sump failure Wayne stepped in & 1st resuscitated my gas furnace and then literally rebuilt my water heater (which most would have immediately declared DOA). Dr. Margaret Mcisaac may be the most caring vet I have ever met. Upon meeting my animals for the first time her love of animals really showed. I have had a diabetic cat for years and always felt in the dark about his care until I switched to granby animal clinic. The vet talked with me for quite some time about her approach to caring for a cat with diabetes and things I need to look out for. She was very thorough and I left feeling both my cat and dog were very cared for. Also the price of one visit was less than half what I used to pay for a rushed visit at the VCA. Not only was the vet great but all the office staff and vet techs were amazing as well! Thank you Granby Animal Clinic!!!!!! ?
