Archie the pup and I are very grateful for the care we received when we came for bloodwork and a check of a chronic condition. From the receptionist who booked our appt to the techs and staff - it was a warm and welcoming experience. They clearly love dogs. And the doctor understood our needs, took her time, and discussed options for our ongoing care.
We also happened to be there when another family was saying goodbye to their dog. The environment was respectful to honor their pain and really lovely to witness how North Shore cares for their pet families.
