I've used NS Arborists twice now and I have to tell you that I was just as pleased this time around as I was the first time. First, John will call you back. Second, John has an amazing amount of knowledge on different species and diseases. Third, he explains all the options and makes recommendations based on the actual health of the tree and it's not what you may expect... If the tree is comprised or whether it has a number of years left, you'll get the honest opinion which is not necessarily the most expensive. Fourth, the quotes are far lower than other tree services in the area... By a lot! Lastly, John is a nice guy. Highly recommend using North Shore Arborists for any tree work!
