Frank is knowledgable and makes an appointment to sit down with you and go through the taxes with you item by item. You leave the appointment knowing exactly how much you owe or will get back as well as a printout of the tax forms. His expertise is helpful to customers in understanding the new tax laws and programs from year to year. I have referred several people to Frank, and all have been very happy as well.“
